Appointment Policy

Appointments are scheduled every 30 minutes and may be arranged by calling the front desk staff. They will then find a date and time that is best for you. Surgical and diagnostic work ups may require drop off for day hospitalization. House calls are reserved for our current clients and may be arranged by the front desk staff.

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, cash, and personal checks. Payment plans may be arranged through our Care Credit program. Application for this program requires some minor paper work and may be arranged through our office manager, Kim Mertens.

Patient Arrival Policy

For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. 

All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.
